You get full power, but control the operating system without restrictions on access to libraries and directories. It gives you access to things like Windows Manager, active directory roles, and a list of all the powerful features you'll need to build, host, and deliver beautiful applications. It comes under the Other Servers category and is licensed as shareware for 32-bit and 64-bit Windows platform and can be used as a free trial until the trial period ends. A demo version of Windows Server 2008 is available as a free download for all software users, with potential limitations compared to the full version.

After you get the installation file double click on .exe file.

Then follow the setup steps.
