Sygate Personal Firewall

It automatically blocks or allows a large amount of traffic, but sometimes you may see a message asking if you want to allow a program to connect to the Internet. You can temporarily disable Windows Firewall to see if it is causing the problem.

After you get the 8,8 MB (spf.exe) installation file double click on the executable (.exe) file.
