Description:
This is a browser add-on that allows you to view Bing maps in 3D. Different maps are often used because we have accurate satellite data, but 3D imaging will make your research even easier. Microsoft Bing Maps 3D gives your map a realistic look. Add realistic 3D capabilities to your interactive online maps so you can easily find, manage, and explore data uniquely. Now you can explore the world from the comfort of home, work or school, using specialized software or online network services that provide a bird's eye view of every corner of the Earth. The programs work great with Internet Explorer as an add-on or extension. Once you use online maps from Bing.com, the add-on will know how to apply the 3D view. There are other popular solutions on the Internet, such as Google Earth or Google Maps. Microsoft Bing Maps 3D (Virtual Earth 3D) is licensed as free software for a PC or laptop running 32-bit and 64-bit Windows operating systems. It is located in the Maps/GPS category and is available as a free download for all software users.
